Upskill and Develop your Workforce with Existing Worker Traineeships

Does your business have a need for high level IT digital skills? Do you have existing staff that could be upskilled in this area? If so, existing worker traineeships (EWTs) could be your solution. Through structured on the job learning, managed by an accredited TAFE college or private training provider, your team will deepen and broaden their workplace skills and knowledge and get a nationally recognised VET qualification.

Why now? Course fees have been reduced by 72% for selected EWTs in four priority sectors.

Information Technology and Cyber Security

To support skills development in the IT sector, there are five EWTs available, all offering an excellent pathway for high level skills development and/or career progression into specialist or leadership roles to meet future business needs:

  • Certificates III and IV in Information Technology

  • Certificate IV in Cyber Security

  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Information Technology
