Free Resources for Small Businesses

Having good workplace health and safety processes protects you, your staff and any visitors to your workplace.    

Sometimes though, as small businesses we get busy and don’t find the time to review and improve our safety procedures.

There are a lot of free resources out there – templates to help develop policies, fact sheets and guidelines, there are even videos you can use for toolbox meetings.

• Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety

• WorkSafe SmartMove (for young adults entering the workforce)

Why reinvent the wheel when you don't need to. Contextualise and customise it instead.
